厦门大学附属心血管病医院博士后招收启事

一、单位简介

2001年,厦门市委市政府会同海外华侨及国际知名学者成立厦门市心脏中心。2016年,医院正式更名为厦门大学附属心血管病医院。

短短十六年来,医院作为厦门大学附属医院,依托厦门大学雄厚的研究条件,瞄准心血管病国际前沿和国家重大战略需求,高度重视科研及学科建设,取得了丰硕的科研成果。

医院大力引进和培养高层次科研人才,打造国际化的人才队伍,与德国柏林心脏中心、美国新泽西心脏中心、澳大利亚查理王子医院等国际多家知名医院建立人才交换培养机制,众多医务人员先后在国外接受培训和研修。

近五年来,医院的科学研究快速发展,拥有国家博士后科研工作站、福建省院士专家工作站、厦门大学医学院心血管病研究所,厦门市心血管疾病重点实验室等多个高层次科研平台,实现“临床带动科研,科研助力临床”的科学发展模式,持续提升医疗和科研水平。承担国家自然科学基金海峡联合基金项目和面上项目、国家科技部重点研发项目等国家、省、市各级项目20余项,经费资助2000余万,发表高质量SCI文章30余篇。

2、心脏干细胞研究

3、离子通道与心律失常发病机制

4、心肌炎发病机制与基因治疗

5、血脂代谢异常的基础与临床研究

6、缺血再灌注损伤与心肌保护研究

7、中药与心脏疾病的药理学研究

8、遗传与心脏疾病研究


三、招聘要求

1、具有良好的政治素质与道德修养,遵纪守法;

2、在国内外获得博士学位及应届博士研究生,品学兼优、身心健康、年龄40周岁以下;

3、脱产从事博士后研究工作;

4、具有临床医学、生物学、分子生物学、药理学、基础医学、公共卫生与预防医学、流行病与卫生统计学等相关专业背景、具有心血管疾病相关研究经历者优先;

5、以第一作者发表相关专业SCI论文优先考虑;

6、具有较强的科研能力和团队协作精神。


四、博士后薪酬待遇

1、工资待遇:基本工资+绩效+厦门市博士后补贴+四险一金等;发表高水平SCI文章和国家级科研项目立项者,医院给予相应奖励(参照医院科研工作奖励规定执行),年薪不低于25万;

2、住宿:单位提供博士后公寓;

3、福利:协助进站博士后办理户口入厦等事宜;

4、其他:按国家博士后相关规定执行。
